Arranging it for someone else?
For personal assistants, chiefs of staff and family offices. You stay the point of contact, and we keep everything moving around the person you look after.
Many journeys at this level are arranged by someone other than the person travelling. You know the preferences, the diary and the sensitivities, and you need answers quickly. Start with Livia at any hour, and say who you are arranging it for.
- Options in minutes
- Real options for the dates, with what is and is not included, ready to put in front of the person deciding.
- You stay in the middle
- You speak with Livia and the concierge on your principal's behalf. We approach them directly only if you ask us to, or if a check requires it.
- One reservation
- Flights, stays, yachts and cars on one reservation, with one prepayment and one page to track.
- A direct line
- Once the prepayment is received, the reservation page shows your direct line to the concierge, at any hour until your principal is home.
How it works
The same journey as anyone else's, with you in the conversation and your principal's name on the booking.
Tell Livia who it is for
Say you are arranging this for someone else, then give the occasion, the party and what they have loved before. No account is needed yet.
Agree the options
Two or three options for each part, each with an indicative price. Change anything before you reserve.
Reserve in their name
Sign in with your own email or Google, then enter your principal's details exactly as in their passport, and the email where everything should go.
Finish on the reservation page
Add the passport, say who is paying, and make the prepayment by card or bank transfer. The concierge then confirms everything in writing.
What we will need
- The traveller's name as in their passport, with their date of birth, nationality and country of residence.
- A photograph of their passport. It is encrypted on arrival and seen only by the concierge.
- The names of everyone travelling. Operators need these before travel, and you can add them after you reserve.
- Who is paying. A company, a trust or a family office can pay, once it has been declared and we have accepted it. We do not accept cash or crypto-assets.
- For larger bookings, where the funds come from. Checks apply to everyone on a booking and to whoever pays, however well we know them.
- Their permission. By booking for someone, you confirm that you may act for them and share their details with us.
- If you look after more than one person, use a separate account for each, so that one person's tastes never colour another's.
