How joining works

Membership is by application, and every one is read by the concierge who would look after you.

  1. Apply

    Sign in with your email or Google, then tell us who travels and how. It takes a few minutes.

  2. Your member onboarding

    Once: who the membership covers, and where your money comes from. Your bookings then need nothing more.

  3. Your concierge reviews it personally

    And runs the checks the law asks of anyone who takes a client's money. Places are limited, so we may ask you to wait for one.

  4. Pay the first year

    With the joining fee, by bank transfer from your account page, where the details and your reference appear.

  5. Your membership begins

    On the day the payment arrives, for a year. Member rates apply to every option from then on.

Can I travel with you without it?
Yes. Livia, the concierge and every promise on this site are for everyone. Membership is for the families who travel with us most.
How do member rates work?
Every option Livia shows carries its price at your member rate, and anyone can see what members pay beside our standard price. Member rates apply to everything we arrange while your membership runs, and are fixed when you reserve. Suppliers' own charges are billed separately, as for every booking.
What does as many requests as you like mean?
Ask Livia and your concierge for whatever your family's travel needs, as often as you like. If what you need grows beyond what one concierge can give a few families, we will talk to you about Exclusive.
Why do you ask where my money comes from?
Every firm that takes payments of this size must know where they come from. A private bank asks the same. We ask once, when you join, and keep it in confidence; your bookings rely on it, and only a payment that departs from it, such as one from someone new, is asked about on its own. We ask you to confirm it once a year.
Can I cancel?
Within 14 days of joining, with a refund of anything not yet used. After that the year runs to its end; we invite you to renew a month before, and nothing is charged automatically. The Membership Terms have the detail.
